Course is an application that I have written to help me build a timetable for my 7th semester. There were so many courses and so many possibilities that I thought that it would be easier to have a graphical view of the week and the courses that I would like to take.

Of course, I could have done some basic program that would give me the best choice of courses depending on my preferences (this is some kind of knapsack problem). But seeing the result make you think twice before choosing a course and you feel more like it is you who has chosen the courses and not the computer.

There are many improvements that I would like to bring to that program when I will have time (like export to iCal), and not all displayed functionalities are available now (for example, it does not show room yet!). Nevertheless, it remains very useful to me!

Here is a sample file that contains the courses for the 8th semester of Computer Science at EPFL, summer 2005 semester. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEE THAT THE CONTENT OF THIS FILE IS CORRECT!
